Terms of Use

Kelbria FitNotes is published by DEPIBIO SRL, a company registered in Romania under Nr. Reg. Com. J32/2306/2023, CUI 49223641. Kelbria is the brand; DEPIBIO SRL is the company these terms are with.

Kelbria FitNotes is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement for Licensed Applications, which applies to apps obtained from the App Store. These terms sit alongside that licence and describe the app itself; they do not replace it. Where these terms and Apple's licence genuinely conflict, Apple's licence governs.

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. DEPIBIO SRL is solely responsible for the app and for support, which is provided at the address on the support page.

Kelbria FitNotes is a local-first workout logging tool with an exercise library, Personal Plans, guided plan workouts, History and calendar views, Body & Progress, optional local rest notifications, CSV export and local deletion controls. It is free to download and use; it has no subscription, no in-app purchases and no paid tier.

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial training on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's licence. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

What you enter is yours. Kelbria claims no ownership of it. Core workout, plan, body and History data is stored locally and is not automatically uploaded to Kelbria; there is no FitNotes account, cloud sync or server copy for us to access or restore.

If you choose Export data, FitNotes creates CSV files locally and opens the iOS sharing interface. You choose whether and where a copy is sent or saved. Copies outside FitNotes are governed by the destination you choose and are not removed by FitNotes. CSV import is not available in version 1.0.

Do not rely on a device backup to restore FitNotes data. Export data you want to keep as a portable copy before deleting or resetting the app, while understanding that an export cannot currently be imported back into FitNotes.

FitNotes opens Privacy, Terms and Support pages only when you select them. Send Feedback and Request a Feature open your e-mail handler with a FitNotes-related subject and no automatically attached workout, body, plan, diagnostic or device data.

You decide what to write, attach and send. Messages you send are handled as support correspondence under the Privacy Policy and by the mail provider; they are not an automatic upload of your local fitness data.

If you enable rest-complete notifications, FitNotes can ask iOS to schedule an optional generic local notification. It uses no Kelbria push server and sends no workout data or push token to Kelbria.

Notification permission, Focus modes, device settings and operating-system behavior can affect whether or how an alert is presented, so delivery is not guaranteed. The in-app rest timer and workout logging continue without notification permission.

Kelbria FitNotes records what you did. Body & Progress can show BMI as a simple local calculation from the height and weight you enter; BMI is informational and is not a medical assessment. The app does not access Apple Health, diagnose anything, prescribe training, or tell you whether an exercise is safe for you. Nothing it displays is medical advice, and it is not a medical device.

How you train is your decision and carries the ordinary risks of physical exercise. If you have a health condition, an injury, or any doubt about whether an activity is appropriate for you, speak to a qualified professional.

The app is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be free of faults or continuously available, and features may be added, changed or withdrawn between releases.

To the fullest extent the law allows, DEPIBIO SRL is not liable for loss arising from use of the app, including loss of the training data held on your device. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

You can use Delete All App Data to remove FitNotes-owned local user data, or stop using the app by deleting it. Delete All is irreversible within FitNotes and does not remove CSV files or e-mails already sent or saved elsewhere. Your licence ends if you break these terms, in which case you should delete the app.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, DEPIBIO SRL being established in Romania. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
