Data and privacy

Workouts and History, active-workout recovery, plans and targets, custom exercises and Favorites, manually entered height and weight history, and preferences are written to the app's storage on your device. BMI is calculated locally from your current height and recorded weight. There is no account to create, cloud service to sync with, HealthKit access or backend that receives this data.

Export data creates CSV files locally and opens the iOS sharing interface only when you ask. FitNotes does not automatically upload exports to Kelbria; you choose the destination, and any copy outside FitNotes is then controlled by that destination. Feedback and Feature Request similarly open your e-mail handler without automatically attaching fitness or device data.

There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking software. The app does not request access to Apple Health, location, the camera, photos, the microphone, contacts, Bluetooth, Motion & Fitness data or tracking. Notification permission is optional and is requested only if you deliberately enable rest-complete notifications. Those alerts are scheduled locally on your phone; no workout data, notification content or push token is sent to Kelbria.

kelbria.app sets no cookies — not analytics cookies, not marketing cookies, not preference cookies. It writes nothing to local storage or any other browser storage, and it registers no service worker. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you were not shown a cookie banner.

Every request the site makes goes to its own domain. Fonts are served from here rather than from a font provider, and there are no embedded videos, maps, social widgets or advertising scripts. No other company learns that you visited.

Serving a page still means a request reaches a server, and the hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs of those requests. That is described in the website privacy policy.

Kelbria FitNotes does not currently send your workout data to an AI service. There is no AI or machine-learning feature in the app, and no third-party AI provider receives anything from it.

That is a statement about what ships today, not a promise about the future. If an AI capability is ever added, it will be described here and in the privacy policy before it is switched on — not afterwards.

Two companies process data on Kelbria's behalf today: the hosting provider that serves this website, and the mail provider that carries correspondence you choose to send. Neither receives FitNotes workout, plan or body data automatically. A destination you independently choose in the iOS sharing interface acts under your direction, not as a FitNotes subprocessor.

Settings includes Delete All App Data. It removes FitNotes-owned local user data, preferences, recovery or legacy data and export cache files. Individual delete controls are also available where supported, and deleting the app removes its local container.

Delete All cannot erase CSV files already saved or shared elsewhere, messages you sent, copies in another application, website logs or support records. Its notification preference resets, but iOS notification authorisation remains controlled in iOS Settings.

For e-mail you have sent us, write and ask, and we will delete it.

Your training data sits in the app's storage area on your device, protected by your device's own protections — your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and iOS file protection. Anyone who can unlock your phone can open the app.

The website is served over HTTPS with security headers that restrict what a browser will load on these pages. It holds no accounts, no passwords and no visitor database.

No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise. Core workout, plan, body and History data is processed locally and is not automatically uploaded by FitNotes. Files or messages you explicitly share are handled by the destination you select.

Anything that would change these answers — an account, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, an AI feature — has to be documented, disclosed and, where the law requires it, consented to before it goes live. Not described here as a plan, and not switched on quietly.
