Contact support

Support is handled by e-mail, and it is read by a person rather than a ticketing bot. Write in English or Romanian — the app is available in both.

Send Feedback and Request a Feature in FitNotes Settings open your e-mail handler with our address and a FitNotes-related subject. FitNotes does not automatically attach workout, body, plan, diagnostic or device data; you choose what to write, attach and send.

What to include

Most reports are resolved faster with these four things. Send what you can.

  • Your device and iOS version — Settings, then General, then About.
  • The Kelbria FitNotes version, shown in the app's Settings tab.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • The steps that lead to it, if you can make it happen again.

Before you write

A few things resolve most issues without waiting for a reply.

  • Close the app fully and reopen it — swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe the app away.
  • Check for an app update in the App Store; the problem may already be fixed.
  • Restart your device if the app will not start at all.
  • Check your units and language in Settings if numbers or text look wrong.

About your data

Kelbria FitNotes keeps workouts, plans, body measurements and settings on your device. Support has no way to look at them, no account to sign into on your behalf, and no server copy to restore from. Anything we need in order to investigate has to be described or attached by you, and you decide what to include.

Please avoid sending anything you would rather we did not have. A description of the problem is usually enough.

Recovering data

Because there is no FitNotes account, cloud sync or server copy, support cannot restore deleted data. The current app storage is excluded from iOS backup by default, so do not rely on an iCloud or device backup to restore FitNotes.

Use Export data before Delete All App Data, uninstalling or resetting FitNotes if you want to keep a portable CSV copy. FitNotes does not currently import CSV files, so an export is a record you can read or process elsewhere, not an in-app restore file.

Delete All App Data

Settings includes Delete All App Data for removing FitNotes-owned local user data. It does not delete CSV files already saved or shared outside FitNotes, e-mail you sent, copies in another application, website request logs or support correspondence. iOS notification permission is controlled separately in iOS Settings.
